Acupuncture is well known for pain management. However, we treat more than that, for example, ear infections, vertigo attacks, gallbladder stones, allergy, insomnia, etc. Depending patients' conditions and ages, very fine needles in different sizes and lengths will be used to stimulate body points. Acupuncture is well known for pain management. However, we treat more than that, for example, ear infections, vertigo attacks, gallbladder stones, allergy, insomnia, etc. Depending patients' conditions and ages, very fine needles in different sizes and lengths will be used to stimulate body points. Please remind us if you have allergy to metals such as nickel. It's recommended that patients not get treatment if they feel too hungry or dehydrated. We also use pediatric needles for young patients.

Sports Medicine

Acupuncture to support athletes and active individuals by reducing pain, improving circulation, treating and preventing sports-related injuries, enhancing performance, and aiding in pre- and post-surgical recovery.

Therapeutic Exercise

Guided by experienced trainers and instructors, our therapeutic exercise sessions focus on restoring strength, flexibility, posture, and functional movement.

Xu He L. Ac.

Dr. Xu He is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sports medicine specialist with over 15 years of clinical and research experience. She integrates Eastern and Western approaches to treat and prevent sports-related injuries, focusing on injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

Xu has worked extensively with national and provincial-level athletes, providing individualized care and exercise prescription. She served as a medical expert for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and has published widely on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Xu holds a Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Whitewater University and a Master of Medicine in Sports Medicine as well as a Bachelor of Medicine in TCM Orthopedics from Chengdu Sport University in China.

Before moving to the United States, she served as Associate Chief Physician in the Sports Medicine Department at Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital in Chengdu, China.​
